Double Bubbles Cleaning Company (“we”) takes your privacy seriously. This notice explains what information we collect when you use this website and how we use it.

Information we collect

Name, email, phone and address you enter on the quote form.
Any details you share in the “anything we should know?” box.
Technical data: your IP address and browser/user-agent when you submit a form. We use this only to prevent spam and abuse.
When you pay a deposit or buy a voucher, Stripe (our payment processor) handles card details directly. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and arrange a clean.
To process and reconcile payments.
To issue gift vouchers and (with consent) send voucher codes.

Who we share it with

Stripe, for payments (see their privacy policy).
Our email provider (Hostinger) for sending confirmations.
Nobody else. We never sell your details.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and bookings: up to 3 years for tax and dispute purposes. Marketing contact: we don’t do marketing unless you ask us to.

Your rights
